I was Broke, Bankrupt, Addicted, Lost and Resigned form a 19 year career with no backup plan. I created enormous turmoil for my friends and family and nearly died in the process! Today I am Alive! I am  Thriving, Happy, Fulfilled and Grateful!

I created Mindful Architecture with the belief that we are all the Architects of our own lives and reality. You create the world you see, and it all starts with your mindset, thoughts and perspective. When you start to learn how these effect your daily life and happiness, then you can begin to create a new blueprint of though, and build the life you want from that blueprint. This new blueprint will not only help you create the life that you want and deserve, but will also help you find strength and courage when you face adversity, challenges and difficulties in life, and you will learn how, with your new blueprint, to navigate through them, rather that get stuck in them.


Everything I teach is created from my own life: The struggles, challenges, hardships, setbacks and failures, as well as the victories, successes, perseverance, strength and the new life that I have found along the way. I teach and mentor from personal experience, and now, I pass along what I have learned to you.

This call is 100% FREE with absolutely no strings attached, no "hard sell" or uncomfortable sales pitch. I believe that if we are meant to work together, we will both know it after this call. 

One Month Coaching

After we have finished your first FREE call we can decide together what type of schedule and frequency will work best for you. I am here for you, so I believe it is very important to be as flexible as I can in order to help ensure your success.

  • Weekly 1 Hour Zoom Calls with me
  • Access throughout the week if you need to talk, or are having difficulty (Text, DM)
  • Additional resources and recommendations to supplement any topics we may cover during your mentoring sessions
